The morning starts with Modern Girls’ ritual - intention setting and journaling, followed by a full body mat pilates session. Then, we’ll sink into The Glow with Red Light therapy by Project E Beauty.
Afterwards, explore our Wellness Social Market, enjoy refreshments, and indulge in a premium Facial Glow Reset by Wellness at The Murray (*only for The Wellness Hangout+ guests). There are two experiences:
