Refund policy
At Modern Girls Wellness Club, we want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets our exchange requirements.
You are eligible for a one-time free size exchange per order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is not available, we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you, or we may offer you a credit for a future purchase (at our discretion).
Exchange Eligibility Requirements:
To be accepted for exchange, your item(s) must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair

Not be a sale item

Not be underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware
**Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
How To Request An Exchange?
To start an exchange, contact us at moderngirlswellnessclub@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
Once we receive your request, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs on Exchange
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you (for Hong Kong orders only). Duties and taxes are not included for exchange orders.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items, and will be processed after we've received and inspected the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
