Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over HK$1,000.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via SF Express.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Hong Kong only. We'll announce international shipping once we're ready to expand.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at moderngirlswellnessclub@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once your order begins processing, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it, mistakes happen! Our fulfillment process moves quickly, so there's only a short window to cancel your order (usually within 15 minutes of placing it).
If you need to cancel, please email us at moderngirlswellnessclub@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to help. Once your order begins processing, we're no longer able to cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a one-time free size exchange within 30 days of placing your order. We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.
What items are eligible for exchange?
To be accepted for exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached, free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair. Sale items, underwear, and socks are not eligible.
How do I start an exchange?
Contact us at moderngirlswellnessclub@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Do you offer free returns?
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. We cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you (for Hong Kong orders only). Duties and taxes are not included for exchange orders.
What if my requested size is not available?
If your requested size is not available, we'll notify you, and the item may be returned to you, or we may offer you a credit for a future purchase (at our discretion)
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at moderngirlswellnessclub@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check our Size Chart on each product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes or prefer a less snug fit, we recommend sizing up
Do your products fit true to size?
Our pieces are made to flatter real bodies. We recommend checking the Size Guide for specific measurements, as fits may vary between styles.
Product Care
How should I care for my Modern Girls pieces?
Wash in cold water with gentle detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and air dry. This helps maintain the buttery soft texture and shape of your activewear
Events
How do I book a spot for an event?
Simply check our Events page or follow us on Instagram @moderngirls.wellnessclub for upcoming event announcements and booking links.
Do I need to pre-book for events?
Yes, spots are limited and we recommend booking in advance to secure your place. No walk-ins are accepted.
What's your event cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Modern Girls Wellness Club. If you cancel 7 or more days before the event, you may receive full credit toward a future Modern Girls event. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many of our girls come solo! Our events are designed to be welcoming spaces where you can connect with like-minded girls.
What types of events do you host?
We host 2-3 curated wellness experiences per month. Think pilates, sauna/cold plunges, sound baths, racket sport socials and more to come!
